Disappointing follow-up to MW'19

Maps are awful, and un-fun to play, with not enough actual content in the game.

Activision has also started selling store bundles with pay to win perks for the DMZ Extraction mode (one part of the game I liked) which is just dumb, a p2w system in an extraction shooter? just imagine if Tarkov (which this mode clearly had inspiration from) had this, its just dumb.

Another thing they've started selling in stores is "Throwback" bundles where they have skins that are from the original MW2 from 2009 with guns that are "similar" to ones from that game with soundpacks to make them sound like they did, except they don't even sound alike? all for Activision to fool someone and make a quick buck.

Campaign felt like a step down from '19 (and even Black Ops: Cold War) so much that I didn't finish it.

Amazing remake of a classic!

Fantastic game, great gameplay + characters.
Worth the price if you're a fan of Spider-Man/Marvel

Honestly the Campaign is great! The characters are likeable and the cut-scenes look good. Gameplay is quite fun too, especially Thor and Captain America once you get access to them.

They've added several new heroes since launch including Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, Black Panther and most recently to tie into the release of Thor: Love and Thunder, they've released Jane Foster/The Mighty Thor!

My only complaints are: 1) the Gear system, it doesn't make a visual difference to the character so seems kind of pointless.
2) I'm not sure if Crystal Dynamics have given up on the game, as the first three characters got new areas/stories tied to them while with the release of The Mighty Thor there is no new story.
3) Spider-Man - He's a Sony exclusive.

It's a good game that doesn't try to imitate the Marvel Cinematic Universe so it can tell it's own story of The Avengers and Inhumans against A.I.M/MODOK.

Definitely worth giving it a shot in my opinion!
