My first impressions for this game are quite mixed.

It has good points such as the new ground deformation, new graphical effects (the rain and snow look much better), the feel of the vehicles (they don't feel as overpowered as in FS22 and it gives the impression that there is actual weight implemented).

But it also has some bad points (which could disappear with time) such as bugs that are so easy to replicate that it makes you think do GIANTS even have a Q&A department? Also the garage menu from the shop is gone which in my opinion is a mistake, it was much easier to see your vehicles and equipment before than it is now.

All in all I'd say its an improvement over the last FS (overlooking the bugs for now) but maybe not worth buying right now at full price. Either wait for more patches to come out or buy on a sale.
