They only announced a change, but all restrictions are still in place.

PSN WAR ARC (restriction of 177 countries, due to missing PSN support):
Mandatory PSN login, WAY AFTER RELEASE.
Unnecessary anti-consumer practice and/or extra hoop, removing every Steam user,
not within the 69 PSN supported countries, to either be left out
or breaking ToS by default, due to false data on account creation, which can result in a ban/cancellation of said account, voiding access to game again.

This is a precedence case, cause it is the first title with that practice on the Steam platform, regarding PSN, to my knowledge.

Dunno if Pilestedt wants to villainize the entire playerbase or wants to hint, that all leading nations are true fascists in general...
