i have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of hours in this now and i'm gonna give a proper review

i'll recommend it just because i enjoy the game.

The dev team is doing a double edged sword play here, they're really close with the community streamers, they keep an eye on what everyone's doing and constantly being surprised with what people make with such limitations since the game is a baby digital audio workstation.

The music choices are a hit n miss, like why the ♥♥♥♥ is there a Weezer song in the game, why is The Offspring here it mixes terribly with just about everything unless I'm just not seeing what it could work with.

Other than the mixed bag of music choices that are just chosen based off public radio top 10s and top used radio friendly songs on Tik Tok the primary issue with the game is it's severe lack of Quality of Life improvements.

1: There's so many songs on fuser and there's not a search bar for customizing crates.

2: you can only put one effect on a disc when it should allow maybe 2 or 3 to continue making new sounds since as of late the only thing to keep making the game feel fresh is to try and make new sounds using effects on a disc or the entire deck.

3: the main menu is severely unorganized and requires too many menu transitions for what you want, they should make the main menu a makeshift grid from campaign, to profile, to diamond shop. Best I can compare my idea to is the phone menu in saints row but more stylized.

4: the campaign is ♥♥♥♥, you spend like 30 hours trying to 5 star every campaign just to forget all what it taught you because it's a bad teacher.
i would argue that it would be better to add a free DLC that allows players to skip the entire campaign and unlock whats in it on their own terms and give them a specific amount of XP

5: in game economy for the diamond shop is a little broken, feels like everyone's laundering cash and can't spend the ever increasing amount. They need to create a whole shop collection instead of a timed thing that's like a week long, and allow players to throw diamonds to other players either on a whim or during public sessions.

There's so many more problems for a game that's honestly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ genius.
