Its definitely a fun game. Makes me very nostalgic for Wing Commander Privateer. I think my only real complaint was not finding it very easy to organically meet people in the game and form wings with. All discords and twitch communities in terms of what I could find. The lack of development in communication systems is not a unique problem to Elite, its a problem in most of the online genre. The chatbox is a relic of the past that hardly has a place in modern gaming.
Fun game, but just not what I am looking for right now. I definitely feel like I got my monies worth and will likely revisit when next expansion releases as I hope interacting with human models helps people bridge those social gaps in game.
