While yes i enjoyed playing this game i found that the lack of a simple save button was annoying, and sometimes my save file was deleted for some reason, i didn't really know why, which is less then helpful. It was fun at some points and very zelda esque which is a really nice touch with the pieces of heart and the treasure after a boss, though i still found that my save file being deleted was way too big of a set-back so i can't really recommend it, though if you happen to pick it up you will atleast enjoy it.

TL;DR: 10$ is a small price for an entire childhood, adulthood, basically any period of your life. Absolutely a 10/10

Terraria is one of the few games that i still revisit to this day, even Minecraft doesn't have the same staying power, with a rich and diverse world filled to the brim with things to find or discover, each biome with its vast array of unique enemies. It's a varied and interesting game through and through.

The combat in the game is somehow easy to pick up, meaning anyone can just start playing straight away, and with the popularity of the game, even newcomers would have a great time experiencing everything Terraria has to offer.

The only thing I think that needs improvement is the "pacing" of the game, going from an end game save to one at the very beginning gives me really bad whiplash and i need to get acclimated again, but that's paltry compared to all the things Terraria gets right.

Lastly, with all of the diversity in modding nowadays, Terraria can be fresh and exciting practically every time you open the game, some of the mods i prefer using merely accentuate Terraia's gameplay, rather than reinvent it. But those mods are still an experience in their own.

Suffice to say i give this game a 10/10, even after all the years I've played this game, i still love it to it's very core.
