So far really liking this game. Definitely reminds me of a few choice favorites like This War of Mine and Sheltered which have very similar mechanics in the bunker building and resource management, though it expands a bit in the fact that you are trying to hide it from the government while having to control your character while outside of the house. I'm 12 hours in on my first playthrough but am more than enjoying it and will probably try to run it several times for achievements because it's a bit of a challenge.

I've absolutely loved this game and on an earlier version of the game I ended up encountering a nearly game-breaking bug and submitted a bug report. The dev team is just two people and the programmer contacted me next day to let me know that the bug was patched in the next hotfix and thanked me for reporting the other one. It's had a lot of content updates since then. I think it can stand to expand and grow in the future but from where it was when I bought it this game has grown a bit and I've seen some great response from the developer when issues pop up. Highly recommended if you like management games.

I have been a huge fan of strategy resource RTS style games for years, but there is no consequence in most situations for most games. This is a game that will require you to use the terrain as a resource while planning tech upgrades and factoring time and upgrades into your long-term single-player campaign strategy. I feel worse than ever at RTS/Strategy games playing this game, but not because this game is bad at all. It's so fun even if you can only get to day 50 at the latest on default difficulty you feel satisfied losing to that giant zombie horde.

Default difficulty is actually pretty hard and takes a lot of learning of this game to complete to day 100 at standard settings. This is not a game for those who just want to win easily, you have to learn this game and it's mechanics. You have to play and then at some point you will lose, you will have to learn why you lost to improve. This can be as early as your first hoard or be about an hour in on your first few plays. If you like strategy isometric (or similar style) strategy games you might love this. I thought I was a good player at this style of games in most regards but I watch some people on youtube that are super hardcore into this game and I am soooo not prepared still. I continue to play this game at default settings even though I lose most of the time. I think I am about to make it then a minor mistake ruins my colony. You don't even feel upset, you just learn from it.

If you are the kind that like learning how to get further and further into a game that might just beat you anyway, this is the strategy game to play. Building up what you think might be a perfect defense that ended being overwhelmed is awesome. The first time you see that giant ass horde is actually quite impressive for this genre of game. After 110 hours of single player losing against the AI, I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game.

Long time drummer and full time lover of rock band drums with a real kit. Lack of MIDI input for RB4 left me super sad. This game on the other hand, takes what I already do with drumming and brings it to VR in a non-stupid way. VR drum games so far have sucked ass, but this game is basically like star wars lightsabers + rock band, in the most satisfying way.

The game only has a dozen or so songs built in, but they are an absolute blast to play. When you do get bored with them, there's a bunch of community mods already out there for extra songs through a tool called SongLoaderPlugin, plus probably a few other tools.

I think this is a must have for those who just bought a VR headset but don't know which games are good or not. This game is good. Very good. Anyone can play it and it's addictive.

I really wish I could say I think this game is worth it, but it really falls apart with longevity. 3 hours in you will find everything about this game 100% explored. I knew this before I hopped into the game itself but every mission was simplistic, the concept of opening up areas of the game was tied to unlocking what can be considered the equivalent to fairies, and there is no mission waypoint or an incentive to find these "fairies". They exist in areas arbitrarily. I really wish they had missions behind them. I would be so much more attracted to the story but honestly there's a very small amount of atmosphere of environment and this game fails to establish an environment that this world could live in.

I am so sad that after trying so hard to emplant myself into the universe that farming was basically useless, or at least it didn't even matter to tell a story. I'm 6 hours into this game and all I've done is discover points and find out that people need me to do things. What do I need to do to discover more of myself?

The universe needed so much to make it relevant. I could help you if you just told me where to go. I don't know where to go. You don't tell me a narrative.

I'm sorry developer. Your world was great for like 4 hours but I hold regret buying the game at full price now. You had so many opportunities to tell me a deep story with your characters and all you did was give me stupid quest points.

If you avoided this game because it was early access, well you waited long enough. Trust me, this game is worth it. You might as well buy it now.

Somewhat short game, but interesting and entertaining for sure. Story is a very light touch on top of the game play but it suits the style well. Sound design was excellently done, and as others have mentioned, there's a slight amount of horror thrown into the mix, which scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me once or twice.

Performance wise the game starts to lag by the time you get to the end (Since pretty much everything you scanned stays visible to you in some way or another, which is pretty cool for sure.)

Awesome game and tons of fun for local co-op. Online play works great, but there's no matchmaking yet, but it's supposed to be added soon. Absolutely a staple of party game nights.
