The first time I pressed the ON button; nothing happened because it wasn't plugged in.
But, by the 40th press, it turned on and said: "A2" which means I plugged the drive in wrong.
By the 60th press, light flooded in from the LED fans and the system buzzed to life.
Skip ahead 1 hour and Bob's your uncle; it was working.
