There's not much gameplay to this. It's one of a myriad games where you pick options during a random event, and hope the dice are on your side. The most decitions you'll be making is manually pathing to lose a little less energy. The climbing animations are so slow, you are well motivated to do it aside from mechanics. There appear to only be 3 mountains to climb, and you're expected to repeat them. The mountain is absolutely crawling full of other people, so you'd have anything to do. There's barely any music, the climbing animations take frustratingly long even at max speed. The story is kind of bizzarre, which you might not mind, but it kind of deviates this from being a mountaineering simulator, when it's so fantastical.
