Very much in the early stages with a lot of stuff missing or not yet implemented.
It's still a fun and incredibly immersive game at this point, and I nonetheless recommend you to buy it to support the (single!) dev currently working on the game.

Decent. Almost as good as Gorbino's Quest.

As everyone else and their dog has said:
It's a very big game, made tiny by the forced fast travel system.
It has none of the classic Bethesda exploration through curiosity.
Planets are completely barren and empty, except for the exact same randomly generated structures that you have to walk 1km to get to. To get to one of the cities, or even a small colony, you have to go through its fast travel point, or fast travel through your ship.

Despite all this, it can somehow still be a decently fun game, with some decent quests and great feeling weapons (especially for a Bethesda game).
I still recommend spending the whopping 70€ the game normally costs elsewhere, cause it ain't worth that. Buy The Witcher 3, even Cyberpunk 2077, or Baldurs Gate 3.

If you want a story driven action game with RPG elements, it's fantastic.
If you want this game to be an open world sandbox with a living and breathing world to interact with, it will disappoint you.

I expected the latter, which was also what was promised from the beginning for many years, therefore, I will not recommend the game.

After the Sphere of Influence DLC, the game is finally in a state where I can definitely recommend it WITH all of the DLC.
Which means for a complete experience, you'll currently have to pay 80€ for the Grand Edition, which is absurd. Wait for a discount.

Incredible game, so easy to get lost in and let time fly by.

Very good game. Short but incredibly enjoyable, definetly recommended.
Although you might want to wait for it to go a bit on sale, as it is very short (i finished it in about 6 hours).

Why is this game so criminally underrated?

Best 2€ I've ever spent.

Amazing game. If you are into colony management or resource management games this is a must-have.
