Got this game when it was $7ish on sale. I wish I had paid full price... in fact I might actually buy a second copy to support the developer. I've sunk way more time into this game than I realized, and enjoyed every minute. All the small issues I had with the game the devs corrected in the first patch, which shows the devs actually listen to their customers.

Top top down, random, space adventure, with a fun soundtrack. 11/10 Would buy again, at full price.

Purchased at $7.50. The game started really strong. But the overacted voice actor for the main character gets annoying really fast. The closer you get to the end the more bugs show up that force you to play sections over and over again.
Interesting side scroller game, default zombie story. 5/10 Would buy again at <$5.

Top down, pixel art game about killing bad guys.
Amazing soundtrack, great story, and challenging gameplay.
Worth every penny.

Ok so I don't even know where to start with this mess. I'll start with the good. 90% of combat is great, and the ship battles are fantastic. Ship battles in Assassin's Creed... what? You heard me, the naval missions are the best missions. Now onto the bad. That 10% of fights when you’re near something like a building, a person, an animal, suck. Try and ride a horse through the woods? Good luck not getting caught on just about every little glitch that will snag you. You want to pick lock on a check, how about 4 times for the same chest, and when you finally open it how about you drop your main weapon. The story is choppy, buggy, full of plot holes, and leaves you saying WHAT? 2/10 Wouldn’t wish on my enemy.

You owe it to yourself to experience this level of story telling. Easily my choice for GOTY.

If you like being a badass. This game. If you liked the first one. This game. If you like decent co-op. This game. Even if you didn't play the first game, get this game. It's so good.

An enjoyable conclusion to Alan Wake. Remedy stepped up the combat, the graphics and the feel of the game.

Quality game from the people that created Max Payne. Against my better judgement I picked up Alan Wake the day before my college finals started. Needless to say I forgot to study, that's how awesome this game is.
