For me, this game was a good game, not even the gameplay, but the detail and the graphic was insane and the best part for me is...... This game is having a low minimum specification. I'm using a laptop with AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with Radeon RX Vega 3, and I can run this game at 30 fps on 900 X 1600 px on Medium.

Ok, so here what I think the pros and cons for this game :

Pros :
- This game has a low minimum spec, even a laptop that for working on Excel or Microsoft Word can play this game
- This game detail was insane
- The graphic is beautiful
- Having a lot of cars
- The environment was too way realistic when you trying to do drift on grass or whatever is that your car will lose control
- The WSR system was very good, you need to gain fan from racing to get in the WSR

Cons :
- You need to buy the game key from resellers if you want to play this game cause this game is no longer sale on Steam (The price can be higher or lower than Steam)
- This game is 7 years old game you may not see newer vehicle
- The "Add-On" vehicle can't be obtain, you need to buy DLC to get the vehicle, but the game is no longer sale on Steam so that was like an impossible thing to do

Does it worth it to buy? Yes, but you need to buy the game key from Retail (if you can find it) or from resellers.
BTW, I'm gonna give you a trick, that always drift when you want to turn but remember don't do this if you drive at a very high speed cause you may miscalculate your speed and the track, and not all "Drift Vehicle" can be drifted and not all Track you can use to drifting
