Good game but way too much grind involved.
The first approx 10 hours of game play are very cool and satisfying. The world is beautiful and unique. Killing creatures is fun and especially fun with friends. Discovering new bioms, killing first 2 bosses, crafting armor, building base and most importantly, KEEPING THE BEES HAPPY. But then it gets really boring and rough for no reason. As soon as you discover different types minerals, you literally become a slave and forces to do the most repetitive things over and over and over. And if by any chance you get killed while you are on a boat, it's all gone now. All your gear is lost for ever. There is no fun afterwards whatsoever. I wish there was a way not to stick to the grinding so much. And actually even with all the top tier gear you still die like a moron to the basic creatures of some of the bioms so my friend and I lost all the interest we had in the game and all the hours we have put into grinding are useless. Even with cheating(moving the loot that you can't tp with to another word, tping and then getting it to your base) it's still way too many hours basically for nothing.

It's a cool fun game. It does get boring eventually cause the gameplay is way too similar and the weapons are very limited. However, still had 40 solid hours of fun experience with a friend. Co-op is the best way to play it. Just a few bugs really. There are a lot of cut scenes and the story line is actually very deep and cool but you can just skip most of them without any problem. And I consider Far Cry 6 to be an upgrade to this game.

I don't know how you can go from Wildlands to this. I just can't get it. This game is terrible. Every location is a puzzle with dozens of ladders you have no idea how to get to, weapon leveling system is just stupid and CUT SCENES all the times. Not interesting content at all. If you compare to a game with a great story telling, this is trash. Shooting is okay, weapons in general are okay, but everything else is very bad. Mountains are made by Indian developers or AI so you can't even climb them. I do believe Wildlands was and still is a masterpiece. I better compelete it again. How you just delete the option of hiding(holstering) the weapons? Ridiculuos.

Solo is very gooood. Online feels interesting at the start but it's a waste of time in a nutshell. I wish I would be done with the game after completing solo story. Online is basically a delivery simulator.

It's so realistic that it's insanely hard. You can't see your enemies, you can't see your crosshair and everything blows up every second. Got too frustatrated trying figure it out. Still feel like that the game is not that bad just very specific.

Best TRUE RPG. Can't explain how good is the story line and dialogs are in this game. Tops everything I have played so far even New Vegas. It's a mix of Cyberpunk Fallout Bioshok and Borderlands. Really enjoyable. Love this game. I am 34 hours in and I didn't even complete the game. I do take every mission and complete them all. The companions are so cool. I literally don't want to go to work tomorrow but just stay at home and play this game instead. It's also beatiful and unique. I hope The Outer Worlds 2 will be great as well. But this gameplay made me realize writing is the thing that can cary the game and can be so interesting that the experience will be as if you are watching the movie and reading the book and playing the game at the same time. And you are the one making all decisions!!!!

UPD: just finished the game and it was just incredible. All the time spent, was well worth it.

very beatiful and great, but still a little bit too hard. my friend got frustrated after we spent 10 hours and only unlocked very few ugprades. but I really dig the style. Obisidian les go!

This game could have been one of the greatest masterpieces but the devs made several weird decisions.
Atmosphere is 10/10 and graphics are super cool. But leveling is stupid, it's unclear what do you need to do to proceed with the story line. And who the hell ever wants missions that require to complete them in a certain time frame? Climbing buildings is not the most comfortable and understandable and they make you defend several points left in the places you don't even know how to get to.
It's a grinder pretty much but doesn't feel as good as Ghost Recon Wildlands even it's a different series.

Great game. Hard to find loot but with time you learn all the mechanics. feels very real. all games feel too easy compared to Day Z.
