I think this game returns to a peaceful state, with the developer's honesty, I think i owe a +1 :3

AND..... THE EMBARGO WON
As today the indirect apology letter was released by Overkill themself to the community, our lovey moderator, Ashley and Jones are currently debating on what are they going to do with the Completely Overkill Pack. I think things are looking good, not going to change reccomendation until a "real" action is taken tho.

TL;DR: Theres a community embargo going on as in 11/17/2015, I personally don't know when does this embargo ends, i think the game is going downhill fast.

Okay... Payday 2, the only game that makes me spent 120 hours in one week. Everything about the game is frustratingly fun, like those retro games. I still remember the time i spent a whole day to grind for that fancy handgun micro laser thing. Sucseeding a heist is so statisfying and failing a heist is really making you turned up and play the heist over and over. Overall the game is great, really addicting and fun to play.

For me, the climax of this game is the "Hypetrain", basically, for every DLC and game purchase, it fills up a bar, each time a milestone reached, the developers given out a free game update for everyone (Basically a free DLC). At this particular moment, a special DLC was released, it was the "Completely Overkill Pack" DLC or COP for short.

This DLC is basically 4 times the dosh than a normal DLC, and it suppoused to give out 4 mask and a "Special" content that would be released. Mainly, the reason people bought this DLC is for the 4 masks, which is beautiful (and badass) and was the only animated Mask in the game (correct me if im wrong), the other reason is, at that time, Overkill grown a pretty big fan base, and people would like to throw 20 dosh at them, people appriciates Overkill's hardwork developing PAYDAY 2.

This game starts to go downhill as in UPDATE 90. Specifically when they introduced a microtransaction into the game. Its a minor downhill honestly, because logically even if the "microtransaction" does buff other people, it doesn't matter to you right? The heist became easier, grinding is easier, life is easier. I don't personally know why people keep bashing overkill about the microtransaction deal. WHAT I HATE is they lied. Yep, they have an oath that they can't keep. Many people hating on payday for a wrong reason (or a wrong way), what people hate is not really the game. It was the one who keep this game online, OVERKILL, THAT COMPANY THAT WE LOVE AND CARE FOR YEARS. THAT COMPANY THAT WE THROW OUR MONEY FOR FREE. A DAMN GUN SKIN THAT IMPROVES STATS CAN'T BUY ME, "crafted with care and love" CAN GO TO HELL.

Really tho, honestly im so hyped about the content of COP, i thought it was gonna be a suit. I don't know about programming PAYDAY 2 that much but using this much hype for a damn gun skin is generally not a good idea. honestly, i know where this is going, or what meant to be going. COP players get a gun skin that improves stats, COP players want more stats, COP players go buy more gun skin that improves stats. Whats better than 20 dollars, well duuh, anything more than 20 dollars.

Right now i can see a lot of senior or veteran players leaving PAYDAY 2, in every comment i see disappointments. Don't need to search anywhere, this review wasn't the only one who bashes Overkill for such behaviour. Those 1000+ hours players, almost ALL of them were leaving PAYDAY 2, making an embargo against such discourse from no microtransaction into yes microtransaction.

There are more to bash about Overkill, but honestly I don't think they care anyway, my money, EVERYONES money is on their hands, what can we do? Keep bashing them on REDDIT and METACRITICS? Nope, that wouldn't do. Making an embargo in this game? It's gonna do something, but it won't return my money anyway.

The community condition of this game is currently pathetic. Hell, even the community mods are going nuts

Rated an honest 9/10 for the game, but 3/10 for the developer.

Edit (1)
I would like to quote from this well made comment, really, its a sum of all the crap i wrote above. Tells on how Overkill is such a great company, until it came down on a shtstorm.

"Recently, two of the three founders of Overkill Studios have left the company just before it all went to hell because of lies. Two great guys, who were the main reason I kept supporting this game thoughout the years have left out of the blue.
They probably made this decision because they couldn't take it anymore, because they were sick of the lies and disagreed with what was going on inside of the company."
