33.6 hours in 13 days since I've bought Forza Horizon 5! I've played Forza Horizon 4 previously with 135 hours and felt the need for new content, so I bought FH5 in this year's 2023's summer sale! I was unsure how well I'm able to run it with my a GTX 1050, I've managed to run FH4 well with medium settings for 60fps and oh boy I was impressed with how well FH5 is optimized too. I could run on average about low 50s to sometimes hitting 60 fps with medium settings on a GTX 1050! The game still looks beautiful and it's definitely playable, capable for racing against hard drivatars and compete or cooperate with other online players.

Forza Horizon is withought-a-doubt my favorite racing game. I really love the driving mechanics and style of Forza's, which I find highly satisfying and pleasant unlike games such as NFS, The Crew, etc. I noticed lots of improvements, from my favorite - changing weather conditions while photographing, to having realistic damage on your car like dents and more body kits!

What can be improved? For me, it's the upgrading part, I want the ability to applying someone else's tune on my car, while still able to customize what I want. For example, right now you're unable to change anything (rims, tires, engine, tune, etc) when you have a player's tune applied to your car. Which is a shame. It seems possible to keep the same tune and upgrade from other player's tune setting, while able to customize if this change were to be implemented into the game. For example, I use a player's tune setup on a car, but I dislike the rim design or would like to use a different aero/bodykit, but I can't change those withought resetting the entire car's stats to default. Some might argue that I could simply search for tunes with specific bodykits with the filter option but even so, I've encountered many times where the setup uses only part of the kit, and other parts like the wing and rims are not part of the kit's set.

Additionally, I'm hoping that Forza's next game would be in an asian setting, which I got my eyes on JAPAN! I feel like that would be extremely cool, since Japan is highly known for their JDM cars, car culture, and beautiful scenery. Overall, FH5 is a solid game for me, and I can imagine having similar playtimes that I've had with FH4.
