The good:
Driving Physics
The Map
Car sounds

The bad:
Cars that are already expensive, they are more expensive now.
Servers
No offline
AI rubber banding
No houses
No stores
No side events
The dealerships are not unique
AI traffic is mostly the taxi
Region locked servers

Basically, the game is dead. This need a miracle. Don't buy it, wait until they sort everything.

I love this game. This is the 3rd time I bought it. First on PS3, then PS4 and now PC.
But I already was bored of GTA Online so I decided to buy it on PC to mod it. But now they decide to shut down the mods.
I'm sorry but that is a dumb decision. I hope you change your mind.
For now. Negative review.
