The game is fantastic, the combat feels fluid and hit boxes seem tight. In World I feel like I would get hit by stuff that wasnt even close, Wilds I have had very few of those instances. The story is mid at best but I dont think most people play monster hunter games for the story. End game grind is fun the RNG weapon system gives you something to chase and when you get a nice roll on a weapon it feels real good.

The performance is not great. I was struggling with frames with a 3070 at 1440p turned FSR3, and frame gen on (sucks games are leaning into frame gen) but it fixed all my issues. I am now running almost max settings at 1440p getting 100-110fps (with frame gen) 55-60 without.

Overall I give the game a solid 8/10. If is wasnt for the performance issues would be a 9/10 for me.

This expansion made me quit.

The game is amazing, I love it. Will return to playing it now that Sony has back tracked and no longer will require PSN linked.

At this time I can not recommend this game enough, I have had the game for about two weeks and have almost 90hrs put into the game. BUT if they do add the DRM I will have to change this to a DO NOT recommend since the DRM is essentially Russian malware.

45 Hours in just got into Act 2 on my first play through, and I am sure there was so much I missed in Act 1. There is so much depth to this game its unreal
