Sadly i can't recommend this Game anymore.
The only reason for it the introduction of Season Passes (called here Performance pass) it doesn't matter that it's free , it doesn't matter that everything is still unlockable after it.
The Problem lies in the Season Pass itself (a Game mechanic that was only existent in F2P Games)
But meanwhile too many paid games are going on this train aswell, causing on the long runs that alot of games will have this sort of Crap. (10-15 games in my list contains that crap meanwhile)

And for some people like me (minority) Season Passes are absolute fun killers.

So sad that one of the best devs decided to take this route.

Time to delete the game and never play it again. Such a sad day.

Holy Sigmar bless this ravaged Game.

One of the best Gameplay that gaming could provide.

Sadly this game is far away from using it's potential, with other words this game is dominated by a simple thing called wasted potential in combination with awful decision&focus by Devs + Publisher.

This Game is one of the best example to show what is wrong with Gaming Industry but more importantly wrong with F2P section.

(I have played probably something around 1000+ hours non steam)

Don't get me wrong i love the Gameplay, but i cannot recommend it for others, especially not for beginners/newcomers.

The gameplay itself (building your cars with parts and weapons and get into the thrill of a teammatch with Mad Max style and a bit of Lego is extremly fun)

But everything around it is so damn wrong in many many ways and anti-fun

Starting with the Coins, literally 98% of the Coins ingame are created by Real Money.
Topped with a Market & Workbench system that constantly sends a specific % amount of Coins into Nirvana it's gone, gone forever the only way to keep a flow of coins in this game is via real money.

there are a few container that can contain 20 or 200 Coins on opening but the chances to get that luck are incredible low.

The only purpose of everything around this game is to drain your wallet in a bad way since you get literally nothing for your Money the exchance is laughable.


And the cream of all is the literally non existent matchmaking
(sealclubbing with high Tier weapon parts in low PS)
There is some sort of matchmaking but only in category of PS and nothing else.

This game benefits the vets from the beginning and shortly after it by dominating the markt and dominating the low PS section to sealclub newcomers which will have a incredible non fun time.

And devs have constantly increased the grinding time in this game by giving less resource for each match, by putting a limit of max ressource, adding new resources, giving less possibilities to earn "special" resources.

This all is proudly created by Devs+Publisher
And proudly created by a specific part of the community with Money.

Such a shame for a Gaming Culture
Such a shame for Humanity.

Step 1. Bugfixes and Balance & more

Get this MegaModPack here

---> Fajeth MegaModPack <---

(It fixes alot of stuff and makes the game to what it should have been on release)

(Thanks goes to Fajeth and his Team for all the work in the past years!)
(Needs account registration)

Read the description properly how to install
You will need to delete the scripts folder in the gamefolder before installing the modpack.
Otherwise specific things won't work properly of the Mod.

Step 2. Issues with Game starting/stutterin

There is a file in the gamefolder named config.ini
Open it before start and look for this 2 lines
----> SplashScreen & DisableLogging <----
Splashscreen must be like this
SplashScreen = 0
(must be 0, fixes issue on starting the game (window bug) on fullscreen.)

DisableLogging must be like this
DisableLogging = 1
(must be 1, otherwise the game will stutter and lag pretty hard at some point)

If it doesn't let you save the changes, save it as config.ini on desktop and drag it into the gamefolder and overwrite.

Step 3. Related to Win10 only

Right-click on guildII.exe -> settings/properties
Check following boxes to be activate
display scaling on high DPI
run as administrator

Run with compability mode Win 7


Step 4.Issues with Screensize

Look at config.ini in gamefolder

ScreenWidth= 1920 ,<- Type your Screenwidth
ScreenHeight= 1080 ,<- Type your ScreenHeight
FullScreen = 1 ( 1 = On , 0 = Off )

Edit Pre-Anno 2020: At the moment i can't recommend the game anymore due some temporary changes that makes the game feel totally diffrent compared to before, not in a good way.

Edit2 Anno 2020: after 1-3 years of abstinence i decided to return to this game again.
Glad to see it's still alive, europe average waittime something between 1-2 minutes.
Still a fun a game, sadly with some changes (that i personally don't really like) but do understand why, despite that it's still a great and fun game (with some little issues)

Such sadness what mainstream hat done to the gaming community.

I liked GTA V Singleplayer until Rockstar abandonded it
I liked GTA V Multiplayer until i noticed the Grind and Cash Grab is real...
I liked Rockstar until they released GTA V Online and Shark Cards, and didn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about Singleplayer
I liked Rockstar and GTA V until i noticed all the cool stuff from Online updates (vehicles,buildings&more) will never be part of Singleplayer.
(and many more reasons)
No more GTA for me, and no more Rockstar for me
GTA and Rockstar are dead for me now since GTA V!
