Normally I don't like reviews after such a short period of playing the game.
I've got way over 300h in 2K15 and 2K19 alone.
Been playing NBA 2K on and off since the early 00s on several platforms. Have 15, 19, and now 22 in my steam library, more on Origin and some as physical copy still lying around in the cellar.

So I finally come around to play this game I got on sale.

I always play MyCareer solo, never any Streetball pay2win stuff. Never bought a coin. Most of the times i was having fun with older games, though I find they get more and more frustrating each time I buy one.

My first game in 22 MyCareer. I pick a Shooting Guard Slasher build, been very successfull with this kind of player in earlier titles. I pick UCLA, because the Internet says, it's good for slashers this season.
First round, first game. I'm a lil pumped, up for some B-Ball. Give it to me!

After the first half my Team has scored 2 (two!) points. I missed ALL shots, wide open lay-ups and team-mates are hitting 0%. I finish the half with one slam and one steal.

Bad Luck! I restart the game.
Way better! I hit a shot or two, some lay-ups, have good shot selection and two assists.
I get substituted.
After two minutes on the bench my team is twelve points behind. I run into an ice cold streak immediately.
I hit close to 0% in the second half. I miss hoops the size of an ocean liner. I'm alone in the paint and my AI mate "ignores pass request" more than one time.
Still opposing defenders are walls much wider than their wingspan and when you got past them, they just seem to teleport an inch, to be in front of you again.

This is gonna be fun! What a great game! It looks, feels and plays the same as the last years.

It is fantastic that one company has the monopoly on NBA Basketball. This is innovation and love for the game in perfection. Almost as if 2K was an Indi-Developer.

I own CSD, CSD2 AND CSD3. CSD2 is my favourite.
It's like CSD but with way more content.
You got the classic "Build you own restaurant" plus "Chef for hire" which makes makes me cook foods i would have never chosen for my own menu.

BTW I'm a professional chef playing CSD in my spare time.
It's fun, it's stress in the good way that professional cooking can be stressful and sometimes it even inspires me for recipes :D
I made the first steps with 10-finger-typing thanks to CSD, playing with a controller is fun, but playing with keyboard is way more fun to me

Wow! That was one hell of a trip.
I'm not that much into card games. At least I wasn't before playing Inscryption.

Don't let anyone spoil the game for you. Don't read about it, Hell, don't watch a let's play of it.
Just buy the darn game.

It shows perfectly why I love Indie Games.
Worth every penny. Would buy again. Will start a new game.

Yes, this is not a game and it is fantastic.
If it is not on sale, you will get about an hour of not-gameplay for every two Euros you spend and every dime is worth it.
If it is on sale, don't hesitate.

I don't play Hack 'n Slash games.
I don't play Rouge-likes.
I Ignored this game in my Discovery Queue.
Then I played a couple of rounds with a friend.
This is highly addictive!
Great game! Even on full price.

I like the game, I like the theme of it and the humour.
There are parts that feel unfinished, but devs are updating very regulary.
I feel a lot of potential may be used in the future but is not at the moment.
For Example, there are many recipes in the game, that one could use, but I was quickly sticking to only two of them, because it was convenient. Mr.Prepper could make more use of the variety.
At around mid game, I was swimming in cash, no need to try out new plants and more complicated recipies. From that point every move that didn't directly pointed to finishing the plot seemed just for fun, but not fun enough to try out all the stuff that devs put into the game.
After all, my playthrough lasted 36 hours. Definitly worth the price. The game is fun and funny.
Let me state the obvious. This is not This War of Mine. It is not supposed to be, although it has quite a lot of similarities. But the game doesn't haunt you, it is quite easy, good for Newbies.

I really like where this game is going. I had it on my wishlist for quite some time and played the free prologue about 4 hours. If you liked This War Of Mine, you will like this, too. Great teaser for what will hopefully a really good game
I am really exited for the full game to be released. Even enlisted for the beta testing programm.

If you liked games like Beholder, Don't feed the Monkeys and Papers, Please you will like this game too.
If you can laugh about Monty Python and "english humour" in general, you will laugh while playing this game.
If you are somewhat a politcal person and are into how the news and reports shape the way we view the world, you will like this game.
If you are all of the these, don't read on, don't spoil any moment of this brilliant experience.
Buy the game.
You will not regret it!

The first time I played NFB it left me absolutely baffled. Episode One was over and I sat and starred at my screen for a couple of minutes not believing what I had just experienced.
After that I immediatly worte a good friend, he has to get this game. (Which he did)
After a couple of weeks I played Episode One again, then the Lockdown bonus chapter and almost had the same experience.

The game is very britishly funny until it's not.
We are the Resistance!

Easy to learn hard to master. I played roundabout 1800h and sometimes still feel like a noob. But I will be better after the next 1800h, I'm sure.
Psyonix keeps working on the game all the time. You'll get well worth your money, if you are into competitive online gaming.
Even though there are lootboxes and DLC cars, there is absolutely no pay-to-win mechanic in the game.
One of my favorite games of all time

I bought the game because I like Non-Horror Survival Games like Minecraft or Don't Starve.
The Long Dark didn't get me until the 3rd run I tried it. Then it got me hard!
I really like the progress Hinterland is making, since TLD is still not finished, yet.
Really looking forward to the Story Mode. (Only Sandbox is available at the time)

It's a slow paced game. You gotta have patience and you have think through every step of the way, or you'll damn yourself on day 9 for what you did on day 2.
Resource management is the key to survive, so it's not only Survival but kind of a Strategy game as well.

The graphics are lovely because Hinterland doesn't try to go photorealistic, but do more of a comic style.

Since it's not finished, I'd rate it a 6/10
If they go on to improve the game the way they do now, it'll easily be an 8/10
