1. Open developer console.
2. Type following commands
bind mwheelup +jump
bind mwheeldown +jump
3. Great you're now ready to join a game.
4. Now spamming the ♥♥♥♥ out of your mwheel is not everything it takes. You also need to strafe jump. What means.
While moving the mouse to the left hold down D.
While moving the mouse to the right hold down A.
