Probably my all-time favourite CRPG! Turnbased tactical RPG's are my favourite kinds of games, put it in a 40K setting and make it a 100+ hour experience and I'm all in.

Easily a hall of famer for Survival horror games, although the horror elements are very limited, it's hard to know what to call it because it plays exactly like your favourite survival horror games. So... amazing survival with-some-horror game!

I adore this game, it did not receive the attention and love it deserved.

I realize now I never reviewed this game. It is a near-masterpiece and a perfect introduction to the series. You'll miss SOME references to other games by playing this one first, but what you'll gain instead is a much richer backstory for major characters when you play Kiwami after, it's worth it.

So before anything else, ''use a controller for the best experience'' is a lie, the keyboard+mouse controls are perfect. Dark Souls, Like a Dragon, all have this warning and it all makes sense, this game is the first time it is dead wrong.

Now to the actual game, very happily surprised. Things were iffy with the developers and the trailers for a bit but I think I can easily call this a masterpiece. My only complaints are the mannequin scares get a little old, and the new prison is a bit of a chore, but other than that I hope this is Bloober teams big ticket to remake 1, 3, and 4, in that order. Incredible to get to relive Silent Hill 2 again in such a modern format.

Some serious jank from being an older title and controller absolutely refuses to work which didn't help since the PC controls are among the weirdest I have ever seen, but I enjoyed the game a lot and consider it a sort of hidden gem! Survival horror fans should give it a go.

Fantastic throwback to classics like Silent Hill 2 but still feels modern. The biggest complaint I can think of is just that I wish it was longer, and it's a complaint and a compliment at the same time. Really looking forward to what the next game will be from this dev. Worth grabbing the 100% completion in easily.

I gotta admit the campaign was a little under expectations at first, tyranids and chaos will just never be as charismatic as the orkz as far as enemies go, and the orkz are missed, however the last missions of the game are a badass blast and I felt like they made up for it, and operations are so fun to play with friends!

I do think character customization is a bit lacking, first of all, let my customization be saved across PvP and operations, second of all, I miss the amount of different looking armour from the first game, a lot of armour pieces are way too similar, and there is no way to customize chaos apart from colour, I hope this gets fixed in the future!

Absolutely fantastic, is it a bit janky? Yes, but most of my favourite games are.

The writing and combat are superb, this studio started off shaky but have gotten better and better with each release, their next game could easily be AAA quality if they keep improving and learning from their mistakes.

This game was fantastic, the combat is okay, the puzzles are a bit simple, but very intriguing story!
