As usual, I started in Expert Mode, and although I found the Hidden Objects scenes to be pretty easy compared to the studio's other games, the puzzles were the most entertaining by far. I had a lot of fun with this game, even though it was quite short. I love the detective story, the music and the classy atmosphere (however, I might be biased as I am a sucker for classy detective stories). I also love the geeky references this studio makes in their games (to Call of Cthulhu or BioShock, for instance, or in this case to Ghostbuster and Elvis Presley... although they need to get their time tables right as Elvis was unknown yet by 1953 ;) ).

There was a newspaper dated 1984 and another one dated 1975?? :csgohelmet: Where???

I meant, when one newspaper says "1953" and other read "1984" or "1975" ;-)
and the 50ties where kind of strange ...

It didn't? And what do you mean by "even stranger". The game wasn't strange and neither were the 1950s. :cgrazz:

nay, I read all things, but it would have been better if it wasn't set in "1953", making the mystery even more stranger - also the car didn't look typical 50ties ...

Apparently, you did not read the newspapers splattered all over the place (which were also important for getting clues and a feel for the story). They all say "September 1953", as does the calendar. So it *is* set in the 50s, sorry to disappoint. ;)

well, it kind of tries to be a game set in the 50ties (like many B-movies), but it fails to convey the time, at least I didn't have the feeling to be "back then" (unlike watching "Back to the Future"). So I really thought it was a place stuck in time maybe, where outsiders (tourists) bring items like the Elvis doll into this town ...

Yeah, even Ghostbusters - don't know if they mean the 70ties or 80ties version - is a paradox, maybe this riddle will be solved in part two ;-)
