This is a grand strategy game made for hardcore grand strategy fans. There are a lot of systems in this game that all meaningfully interact with each other; as such, there's a lot to learn and master. The amount of customization you can put into a campaign at the beginning is huge, adding a multitude of ways for you (and your friends) to challenge yourself even after you've mastered the game. As an aspiring systems designer, this game really tickles my fancy.
