Stoat is GOAT

Is it possible to dislike a game after really enjoying 9/10ths of it and the puzzle construction of the time loop before hitting the ending where the whole thing falls apart? Well, yeah, demonstrably so. The unfortunate reality with endings that swerve out of nowhere like this, and stumbles with it like a Spirograph plot, is that the more you roll them around in your head, the worse they get and leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

The thing is, I can't think of a single reason why that had to be the big twist of the story (you'll know it when you see it) other than being for the sake of shock factor. By that, I mean I can think of several, and none of them are good.

I played Playdead's Inside inside. You can play until you're dead, or you can finish it and then go outside.

I called a coin toss by a plague doctor and won.

Then I was treated to the end credits.

This happened within 10 minutes. Best 10-minute, $40 game I ever played.

EDIT:
Someone informed me that there was a weird glitch where you can lose the coin flip and the characters begin to die. Might check it out later.

Satan would hate this game.
