Game is too short, can be played through in 2-3 hours. Content is scarce, gameplay lacks variability. Get Jets'n'Guns Gold instead.

Well, they've released from early access with little content added, they called the divisions we already had in the game "Early access bonus" and just took it away from new players. Game lacks content, but now every update is a paid DLC where they add few divisions. I can't recommend this game anymore since developer turned to predatory monetary practices.

This game can't pick the side, either it wants to be arcadey-shooter like BF4, or REALISTIC HARDCORE MILITARY SIMULATOR like squad, this game has bleeding and hitmarkers at the same time, you can quickscope and infinitely sprint, but the vehicles have no module weapon or upgrade system like any battlefield game. The progression system is a mess, where most of the attachments are bad, with the exception with 1 or 2 in each category (grips, sights, barrel). The developers are tearing apart between which playerbase they want to please, so the game at the moment can be described as the bastard child of the battlefield and squad, who didn't get lucky enough to get good genes of any of the parents. And the funniest thing that in Ukrainian region this game is as expensive as in USA and EU regions (I can buy latest undiscounted AAA game for that price, so yeah, 15$ is THAT MUCH)

I've never played Bayonetta nor MGR, so I can't say if this game is typical for Platinum Games, I'm not a fan of slasher genre either, so I can't say if this game is great slasher. I haven't played any other franchise games. The only thing I can say that this game has great atmosphere which was achieved by good locations design coupled with great soundtrack. The game is great, the plot, voice acting, character design everything keeps the experience consistent till the end of the game. The only spoiler I can give, is that the plot is not so deep or difficult to understand as everyone was saying when this game came out. I'd recommend getting it if you haven't played it, especially after the price was dropped (~15$ here).

The game is constantly crashing, even on proton with latest DXVK, after trying to reinstall the game steam decided to remove prefix, deleting saves, no big deal, it can be restored through steam cloud, right? The only problem that this game doesn't support steam cloud.
Grand Theft Auto series never had good story, it always was mediocre at best, everyone plays it for open world and sandbox-like nature of most Grand Theft Auto games of the series, but the problem is that driving was definitely was made for analogue triggers of gamepad and cars are difficult to drive most of the time. Shooting here is the same as in San Andreas, and to be honest, this game feels like worse version of San Andreas on newer engine. This game is the definition of mediocrity, that's why its the most forgettable part of the mainline Grand Theft Auto series.

So, I bought this game at release date because I though that it has potential, sure it looked unpolished, unoptimized, but overall it had regular updates and I had no reason to doubt that it will become something good at the long run. Well, I was wrong, they abandoned the game for like 2 years, then said that now they're cooperating with MY.GAMES and finally after year of wait they gave us closed beta. It was glitchy mess, gunplay was even worse than on release version, sound was muffled and there were even less content than on release. Now, with open beta it's even impossible to login into the game, there are server errors for 2 day straight, even when I managed to login somehow (After you get authentication error you have to close game and wait in queue again) it just froze on map load. Also, to remind you, that this game had exact same issues on release, on CBT and OBT, EVERY. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. TIME. Developers didn't learn on their mistakes at all, and now, when I even can't play the game I paid for they roll out season passes and starter packs, really? Just don't waste your time with this crap, you'll waste too much time downloading it using their laucnher with ADSL-like speed.

Dungeon Defenders: Awakened is a slightly changed original Dungeon Defenders with newer graphics (even though it's poorly optimized, on GTX 1080 fps can get as low as 50fps). I can't understand why it got released from early access, this game is bare as it gets, it lacks content even from original DD. Currently there is 3 act campaign from original DD, even though a few levels were changed, and 5 heroes. In my opinion, if you want to have fun with friends and get original DD experience, you should get original dungeon defenders at discount with all DLCs for around 10$, there are a lot of content there, and price at discount is pretty reasonable.

The game looked promising at start: free updates, interesting to play with friends, then they rolled paid DLCs that add 2-3 guns, few masks and a new heist. Basically they forced you to pay for updates, after they managed to buy themselves from Starbreeze, they promised that there will be no more paid DLCs, and next updates will be free. After that, they stopped updating the game. Now they're back with more crappy paid DLCs with few guns and one heist.

The game is pretty good, at first glance it looks like another GTA clone, but after playing a few hours you understand that Sleeping Dogs is pretty good. Plot is interesting (at least more interesting than in GTA V), but it has it's own problems. Like any GTA clone driving is really bad here, but you don't have that much driving missions. Fighting system is the best part of this game, most of the fights doesn't involve guns, so you will see fighting system here in it's glory, you need to counter, combine attacks and use environment to make fights way more easier. Even now, in 2019, this game is playable, and discount is huge, so if you haven't played it, buy it at sale and give it a try.
