Honestly Dying Light 1 is better but the thing is DL1 didn't start off as good as it currently is. The devs have promised 5 years of support and so far have made good on that promise with a few goodie-bag updates, QoL improvements, and more. After the bad taste that BF2042 left in my mouth it's refreshing just to buy and play a completed game and not an Early Access scam.

fun idle game that you can play with friends! lots of content.

This is a very cool idle game that can help teach programming using what appears to be a real javascript engine. It is a stand out entry in the idle game genre with unique gameplay and mechanics.

This is a pretty fun game. I'm not big on the doom style of shooter as I much prefer battlefield/call of duty style but I decided to check this one out as a Lovecraft fan. I really enjoyed the art style even though most assets are 2 dimensional. Unfortunately the madness mechanic desaturates all the colors until the world is full greyscale. Perhaps in FMF2 they could make madness saturate the colors rather than desaturate.

There's a good variety of enemies, environments, weapons, and skills. When you beat the game you unlock New Game+ which lets you do whatever you want (mix and match skills between the two characters, increase or decrease difficulty with a variety of sliders, start with extra skill points, godmode, whatever).

The later levels (second half of w4 and all of w5) are pretty brutal with enemies taking a LOT of ammo to kill... I ended up turning the difficulty down in w5. The difficulty ramp in the game is very steep after world 2. The game also gets incredibly dark in certain sections which can be a bit annoying, but I didn't feel like it was that big a deal.

I did not feel that the story lived up to its potential. I won't spoil it but it felt cliched and not really Lovecraftian. I don't think that the twist at the end was set up properly except maybe in the very last level, and it wasn't enough. The voice acting was also very flat.

If you are a Lovecraft and fps fan I think you will like this. If you are a doom-style fps fan specifically you may like it but the genre probably has a lot of better options out there. If they make a sequel or some DLC I will buy it but I hope they do a better job with the writing.

3 hours in and I only sorta know what's going on. Still struggling to get to a "stable" level of play where I'm not in real danger of dying from depression and stuff. But I can tell there's a lot to uncover once I get past that.

Needs a lot of work to be on par with previous entries in the series. Only reason I'm playing is because COD went back to ww2 and I don't care about ww2.

They keep releasing updates and you can do pretty much anything in the open world.

This game is so much fun. It has issues but it's a great way to play counterstrike in vr

Sorta tough to get into but probably the best fps at the moment. There are a lot of valid tactics depending on team comp and gadgets but if you queue alone get ready to get 5-stacked in newcomer. Really, what else are you going to play? CoD? lmao
