Actualizing windows was detrimental I partially fixed the.Netframework

I have try to install.netframework time and time over before.... I have een dowloaded specific application to dela with that issue and steam even dowloaded some for me, none of this tsuff work. It seem it is because I broke windows update (you know I kinda grown up but daddy would let me become administrators, and all that stuff so I did go harcore and di break some stuff doing it....) Windows update is defiitivly dead. Same for the firewall etc..... And recently trying to uppgrade teh performance of my pc I try to reinstalled miscrosoft security essential and I am back with windows defender wich is as worthless but more annoying and ressource killing in my opinion.... SO yhea........ Altho destroying windows update saved my pc from a lot of programmed obselescence...... Well that is just feeling at user having their machin having to rest after being 3 years' old, but again those reboot everything for minor issues....... So yhea......

unfotunately SHC2 has plenty of bugs, editor the same problem

before that procedure try actualize your windows

Try installing .netframeworks again. Restart computer and after that install SHC2 editor again.
