What goes around...

I PRE-ORDERED this game on its release, many years ago. I played the beta that was shortly before the release, and decided to put over hundred dollars more into the game for a borg skin and some other stuff.
The game looked somewhat bare-boned and simple, but since I love Star Trek (more than Star Wars - yes I'm one of those guys), I loved the thought of being on board of a ship AND on the planets themselves. "Beam me down, Scotty! We're about to explore an unknown planet!!"

To boldly go where none has gone before...

Turns out that was exactly NOWHERE. No joke, no kidding, I literally went NOWHERE with this game.

The day of its release I was unable to log in. My account didn't exist or had a problem. I wrote mail, after mail, after mail to Tech Support - never got an answer. Later when another dev/pub took care of the game (I vaguely remember something like Perfect World), I figured I could give it another shot. Nope, na-aaah, NOTHING. My mails ignored. Like I never wrote anything. I bought something and never got it.

So the bottom line is this: Their tech support does NOT EXIST. They will take all your money, and you might get absolutely nothing in return. You might be playing one day, and the next you're hundreds of dollars short and have nothing to show for it.

This game was the WORST game I've ever bought and the absolute WORST investment of money in any game whatsoever. It was also the WORST experience I had with any game, EVER! And I've been playing games for over 25 years now. Hundreds of dollars for a beta, thanks guys!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this game and anything else these devs/publishers produce.
