This 2023 demo is unplayable, shows complete lack of understanding of the mechanics, graphics are just NOISE, item descriptions look like translated by google, and even the contents are probably done by AI.
Half the dialogue doesn't fit the world, the setting of the demo makes no sense (a Shadowbeast in this place? New Camp guys in exchange place chilling with Old Camp dudes?), but at least the music is nice, except atrociously loud in the menu, and that's the only good thing about the demo.

Why the hell are fists a weapon? Why is a torch and why can't we put it back into inventory normally? Why does entering menu not pause the game? Why are animations so slow and bad? Why is the combat SO BAD? Was this a second attempt at "Gothic Playable Teaser" instead of a proper Gothic Remake demonstration? Why is that stupid looking wall posing as a Barrier in the exchange place, and why is the Barrier effect on the sky so BAD that the original from 1999 looks normal?

And most importantly.. WHAT ARE THOSE KEYBINDS? Why can't we change them???
