Product received for free

Im trying to play this map but every time I go to a center server it takes me to the page to download it. It even says its in my library on the page so why is it asking me to download it? Please help!

Wow! Thank you so much ZenWolfen that worked! There was nothing in the downloads thing until I opened it that way. This map is awesome by the way guys thanks for all your hard work and dedication for this game. Dont stop!

Hey! I had this same problem. Try going to your Game Library, right click ARK -> Manage Downloads and then uncheck the box, close, and then recheck the box. It should start the download. This also works for Primitive Plus issues.
