TLDR; Great puzzle game mixed with adventure and sci fi horror. Think Disco Elysium but more focused on puzzles on a sci fi horror theme.

Long: Before buying it I was skeptical, it seemed like the type of game I wouldn't like, but here I am, beat the game today and thing got me hooked, aside from one puzzle that, in my eyes, wasn't very intuitive the rest of the game was great. The thing is, even if you are somewhat bad at puzzles the game have build in hints that don't straight up give you the answer but nudge you in the right way.
The setting and presentation hooked me in pretty early in the game and I loved the twists.

By far the best remake I've ever played.

Killer soundtrack with great gameplay and weak story.

Over all it is a good game.

A bit of fair warning though, if you played the demo and thought to yourself "nice, a deck building rogue-like with horror motif" you might be setting yourself up for a bit of disappointment. The first part, as seem in the demo, is with no doubt the best part of the game.

Worth every penny.

Not a horrible game but also not a great game.
They overpromised and underdelivered, not worth getting it right now and definitely not worth at full price.
Forget this game exists, go play anything else, come back in 3/4 years when you can get the base game + all dlc for 50% of the base game price.

This game is Supergiant's Magnum Opus, great gameplay, great visuals and great soundtrack.
This is one of the few games this year I played for hours without even realizing, simply put this is a MUST PLAY.

Buy the game already, you won't regret it.

Sayonara Wild Hearts is one of those rare pieces of software that make you forget there is a real world while you are playing, every level has its own special detail, the visuals are out of this world and the sound track... oooohh man the sound track....
Only negative thing is the play time, it is short (+/-1 hour), but not as in "not enough kick for you buck" but "c'mon, gimme the sequel! gimme now!"...
Even if you don't like this king of game, give it a try, you might be as surprised as I was.

10/10 would die again
