Great game in my top 5 vr.

A must have. I was in top 100 almost evry lvl on the original n+ for xbox360. back then it was one of my fav game.

One of my favorite vr game so far.

Very Good game but i'm waiting for vr (vorpx kinda work but not really well so waiting for mods or a patch).

Found this game out yesterday.

Damn man loads of fun.

Non stop action.

Max Payne 3 with real servers.

9/10 & it's free.

Well i bought it on release back in 2015 but for some reason i haven't played it much.
It's a great game but it can get repetitive quite fast IMO, probably the reason why i stopped playing it and got bored, or maybe i was too busy back then not sure.

There's one major problem in this game, can someone tell me why kicking zombies with foots is more rewarding, does almost more damage and doesn't cost stamina compared to heavy melee weapons ?
It doesn't make any sense...
As a result what's the point of using deteriorating weapons which are vastly inferior to the mighty feets lol ?
Pretty close to being a gamebreaker and turns the game into a kick spam fest...

EDIT:
Nevermind there was a community event (HyperMode and Super-Crane) running when i came back to play the game again.
This explain why kicking zombies was so overpowered.
Wish there was an option to opt out of such events as it makes the game absolutely broken.
Kicking zombies is still a major part of the game tho...

Another problem is the UI which was clearly designed for consoles in mind and it's not very intuitive on pc.
Also there's way too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dlc's, imagine selling a season pass that doesn't even include all of the dlc lol.
Had to be said that The Following dlc is pretty good tho.

Don't get me wrong the game is still fun to play.
It deliver a nice atmosphere in a well crafted post apocalyptic world.
Parkour gameplay is fluid and works well most of the times.
The combat is brutal and satisfying with sick dismemberment and lots of gore.
Graphics still holds up to this day, nothing sensational but still looks good.

Sound effects are pretty good and the synthwave/darksynth soundtrack composed by Paweł Błaszczak is amazing.
Really makes you immersed into this dark opressing world.

Story wise well i'll be honest it's not great, characters are not interesting and cutscenes are poorly made.
At least it's fun to listen to Crane voice again after hearing Roger Craig Smith doing voice acting for Mirage in Apex Legends ^^.

So in the end Dying Light is a pretty good game overall, too bad it can get repetitive really fast if your not a zombie nerd and it's a shame missions are not varied enough.
IMO the game is still a must have just for it's absolutely insane and brutal melee combat system.
Probably the best and most violent seen in a first person shooter since Condemned: Criminal Origins.

On a side note kinda sad that Techland canceled Hellraid to turn it into a dlc for this game.
With that said i have huge expectations for Dying Light 2 and hope it'll be way better.
