Once Human so far is a fantastic open world game. You can join the game and start following the story line right away to make progress or as most open world like Ark, Rust, Skyrim, as soon as you're done the main tutorial you can run off and begin your own life doing whatever the heck you want, which I love!

So far, the main thing that has me in love with the game is the ability to skin whatever items you want regardless of its type, level, ect. Want to wear adorable cool skin with tier 1 junk? DO IT! Want to wear the same thing on top tier stuff? DO IT! I'm a huge fan of customization and being able to play how I want.

I personally have only played PVE as I have done PVP for many years on Rust and Ark, which become annoying when you are new to the game and just trying to learn. PVE is enjoyable and there are features that allow you to give you a reason to build a base that need defenses, so base building is not lost on PVE for the purpose of keeping you are you stuff safe. There is a reason to upgrade from wood.

The building is not as in depth as Ark, but it does more then Rust. It's a moderate in-between of Rust to Ark. However, they do sell skins, have decorative objects and other things in game to help make a PVE base feel more like PVE and RPG, which is fantastic!

I don't have much to say in regards to issues. I personally have not had any lag issues, even playing on high ping servers and graphics at max, but my computer meets well beyond the needed specs and internet in my country is decent. So far I have no had any issues with clipping etc or falling through the world or getting stuck. The only real things I have noticed is some rock or click clearly not in the proper place where they are floating or some places the ground mesh can be seen through.

Over all, I am loving the game and prefer it over Rust, which I have played since it came out. If we could tame or be friends with some of the monsters some how in their true forms, that would be super cool, but I understand this game is not going in the direction of Ark.

ARK is one of my fave games in the world! I have almost 5000 hours. The game offers so much fun and madness. You can enjoy the game single player without anyone messing you, PvP ( Player vs PLayer ) and PvE ( Player vs Environment ) I'm shock I only just reviewed it currently.

Ark has given me so much in life and I think it's a great and fun game and it offer some lesson in life to. I think Ark would be a fun teaching tool for kids. It teaches you how to manage your time when it comes to raising babies, making sure things are fed, paying attention to your surroundings, trying to find easier and better way to solve problems like catching dinos, getting eggs, staying alive and encourages you to treat your animals with care if you don't wish to see them perish, but it also teaches you, that even when you try your best to be careful, bad things can still happen and you need to find as way to deal with that.

PvP is a bit crazy because there is a thing called "Alpha Tribes" which is a group of people who play on Offical usually who have been playing there long enough or are good enough players ( maybe cheaters ) who basically run the server in a way. They are not mods, but because they are the "alpha" they basically have say on who can live where in a server, and control the over all playing field of a server. It can be fun to try and nestle in small places out of the way of these tribes, but be warned. PvP is not for people who like to keep their stuff or their dinos. You could spend hours one day on your stuff and wake up to it ALL gone! Kind of like Rust lol I started off in PvP when I got Ark, but soon found on PvE was more my thing because I enjoy and love my Dinos and don't want to see them die. ( as best as I can to prevent it )

PvE is exactly how it sounds. Player VS the Environment. Other plays can not kill you or destroy your things. However, let it be warned, other payers can still mess with you. If you leave things unlocked, open, or basically like leaving your home unlocked in real life, thieves and sneaky people can find their way in and take your stuff and this is no rare happening, it happens quite often. PvE is a fun way to enjoy Ark in a Community style where you all share the same server and kind of live together. Some are better then others, while some of friendly, others are hostile and wish you'd leave the server. I've not had this issues much, but just like in real life, new faces are not always welcomed, and some times they are. I because good at Ark because one server basically walked me through how to do thing via in game chat, it was super cool!

Ark does have it bugs, server crashes and all that other fun stuff ha ha! Often it can lead to dino deaths, player deaths and lost items or babies dinos dying if they are very young. when servers crash they normally role it back a few minutes depending on how hard the crash is. Although this game is no where to being perfect, if you love Dinosaurs and animals, I highly recommend jumping onto a PvE server and having some fun and join a community, or if a community is not your thing, maybe play single player.

There's so much to write about this game, but I think I covered a lot in this review. I hope you consider Ark as a future game to try out!

The first Fallout game I ever played was FallOut New Vegas. It was an amazing experience I first played on the XBox360, and later on purchased for the PC through Steam. When fallout 4 was announced, I was excited to play another open world game after nuclear fallout! However, being someone who only enjoys games with extremely open ended story lines and game play, and 100% require the freedom to make my own path in a game ( which sadly means I don't play much ) I was disapointed to see there was a pre-made life story for my character at the very begining of the game. The idea my character starts off with a child and spouse turned me right off from the game. RIP! I really liked the base building part of it, it makes me think of games like Rust and Ark, which I love with all my heart! I really do wish the story line was not what it was for the begining part. I recomend the game, but wish I had looked at the story before purchasing.
