From a pure Gameplay perspective the game is good.
However the performance is terrible, I am struggling to get 60fps with dlss performance + low settings on a 3080. This is worse than Dragons Dogma 2(same engine + 70-80 fps on high), the visual quality even on high settings does not justify such bad performance I have played much better looking games at higher FPS.

To top it off the game does not correctly support 21:9 screens adding small grey bars to the sides on 3440x1440 resolution for no reason.

Overall a very enjoyable game.

All the MTX is easily earned playing the game normally, you don't need to buy it.
As for performance on a 13600k + 3080 @ 3440x1440 I get 60-80 fps on High with RT off.
Not great but more than playable for me, if you do have an older/lower end PC the performance may be an issue.

Actual Review stuff

Fun combat with many different playstyles through the vocations.
I have yet to try them all but from what I have tried they are varied and each have their own enjoyable aspects.

The world is just beautiful, stunning vistas and sights with no loading as you adventure around the world. I have spent many hours just wondering and not being bored or annoyed at all. The random encounters as you explore around can be rather fun. There are lots of little hidden secrets which are always a joy to find.

The story is nothing special but enjoyable non the less, although I have not progressed the main story much at this point.

There seems to be lots of different weapons and armor.
There is also lots of Hair/Fur colors that you will unlock when playing the game.

The HDR implementation is rather decent.

Downsides.
The combat is easy, I have only died due to gravity related incidents.

There is no glamour/transmog or gear visibility toggle options. This for me means I will just no wear a helmet and loose those stats likewise with capes etc.
The beastren don't have tails... where is my cat tail.

Not having the colors unlocked in character creator is annoying but its not that expensive to either completely remake your character after starting or just get a hairstyle.

There are things in the game that they are not super clear on what the consequences are, that can be easily missed and mess up your save. (Dragonsplague being the obvious one)

Eventually I can see the world travel getting rather annoying, but oxcarts do help a lot with that. I do wish ferrystones were a little more common.

While travelling the world I often find chests/items that I could get too if I had the Mage levitate ability. While not playing as a mage. Almost always the mage Pawn will not go and get the items either. They will sometimes but rarely. This is honestly very frustrating, I don't think items or locations should be locked behind using a vocation with certain abilities.

Interesting premise, but unfortunately it falls short in many aspects. Controller support is average at best.
The inventory management is just annoying when compared to other backpack management games.
Only having one item outside of the bag makes it so you cant freely rearrange, particularly since you can't swap an item with the one outside of the bag. I feel like this is an intentional choice intended to add "Tactics" to your layouts but the reality is its just frustrating compared to other backpack management games.
The floor combat is generally fairly bland (At least from my short play time) with poor hitboxes.

This game feels unfinished, if this was listed as an early access game I would have no problem recommending it. However as it stands this game is incomplete, the story is not finished, the game is missing characters. The game-play feels like it is missing something probably from a lack of polish. Overall as a "released title" I cannot recommend it, I would refund it but have gone over the 2 hr time period hoping that it would grow on me. If the devs put some effort in to completing the game it may end up good eventually.
