But I have all rights to decline your friend request if:

- Your profile is private.
- You was/are trade banned.
- You have over 1 VAC Ban.
- You don't own any game or your level is 0.

I'll instantly delete and block you if:

- You beg for free stuff.
- You spam and can't wait for me to reply.
- You ask me to download anything.
- You ask me to open any link out of steam.
