Just save yourself the time and don't buy this. If you have anything but the current highest end part it's damn near unplayable. I loved modded ASE and am super disappointed that this has turned out to be just garbage.

Barbato's knockdown is incredibly overtuned. Guntanks cannons feel like they do no damage, critical hit hitboxes are all over the place. If I could rate a neutral I would. I like Gundam, and I like hero shooters in general, but legit the only gundams that feel worthwhile are behind a paywall, or Barbatos.

Bro is it possible for your brain to overheat? I'm overclocking like a MF trying to figure out the time mechanic. Neat and difficult would be the least effective words I could use to describe this, but my brain is jelly and I can't think good.
10/10 will melt brain again.

Ignore the Steam time, I have about 800 hours total in this game.

I recommend this game to new players with a few caveats.

1. Get some friends to play with.
2. Try all the factions before picking 1.
3. Don't buy anything until you are at least 100 hours in and know you enjoy the game.
4. All Access goes on sale once a year at least, if you are thinking about buying it, wait until the sale.
5. Play Medic or Engineer as your starter, it's the easiest way to stock up on certs, which is the currency you need for just about everything.

After that, the game is essentially limitless in scope. Server issues aside, this is likely my favorite shooter and MMO all rolled into one. Beware the Korean and Chinese players though (if you play on Connery like I do), as lag works in their favor most of the time.

This map has a ton of fun to be had, that being said, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is it a buggy mess. Funny enough, it's almost less buggy than the base game, which is saying something. Getting stuck in crevices, getting fliers stuck inside carnivores, nodes looking like they can be harvested but they can't etc etc. It's by far the prettiest map in ARK so if that's what you are looking for, go for it. I wish I could rate neutral, but as I can't I'll rate no unless something changes.

I'm hooked, as a fire emblem fan of many moons (Specifically when 7 came to the west finally). Is it the best game ever? No, but for a game made with game maker, it's really well made. The sprites. animations, character class differences, the branching class system, it's all done really, really well. It's worth the 20 bucks. That being said, I'm only on chapter 12 as of this review (9.9 hrs) and haven't run into any major bugs, but the controller stops working if you click the mouse and wont go back to controller. I'm assuming this will be addressed in future patches.

All in all, this game is great as it is, and has the potential to get even better. I would love to see DLC just so that I can support the dev even ore for this gem of a game.

This game, just wow. It's a slow burn, but once you hit the end of the main game and start the expansions it's far and away the best MMO on the market right now. Nothing even remotely holds a candle to it. If you haven't played, the free trial will get you through Heavensward, the first expansion. It's very worth trying and maybe making your main game for a while.

Mods are literally the only reason to play this game. Mod developers have proven that they are more capable than the devs at making a cohesive and fun experience, as well as actually balancing the game. That being said, don't come into this game to pvp. Just don't you won't have a good time. I love playing pve with friends though, and that's how the game should have been from the start. I'm giving a thumbs up. Not for the devs, but for the mod developers.

An older title for sure, but nothing has come out yet that hits the same spot. Dark Souls has been copied many times, but this game had yet to be, which is a tragedy. The exploration and combat are some of the best I've had in a dark fantasy rpg, even if the story leave a lot to be desired. The boss fights feel epic and difficult, but not to the point of frustration.

Addendum.
The pawn system could be removed completely and nothing of value would be lost.
