Yep, go into AppData->Local->BattlefleetGothic->Saved->Config->WindowsNoEditor then open up "GameUserSettings.ini" in notepad and set the values "FullscreenMode" and "LastConfirmedFullscreenMode" to 1, (0 is fullscreen, 1 for fullscreen windowed and 2 for windowed).

Alright, thanks for the response. Is there a way to change that in one of the files without having to go into the game?
