I still have a temp ban on Fallout 4, but in regards to GPU selection. Microsoft no longer allows users to manually switch and windows takes over whenever it wants (2014). You need to go to Bios and disable the Integrated GPU, that way windows has no control & is forced to use the Dedicated GPU.
