Elite Dangerous is probably one of my favorite games of recent memory. Personally, traveling the stars finding new planets and trading among star ports is a load of fun. Even if you do not purchase Horizons, there is still so much to do. The amount of detail on stations and ships is crazy. Even crazier is the 1:1 scale of the Milky Way. There are constant events to participate in and and limitless possibilities. From mining asteroids to being a pirate of the stars, it never gets boring. The only thing to dislike about the game is the rank grinding with the different factions to get certain ships. Sure, its immersive, but it's also just a hassle. Apart from that, this game is worth whatever price it is set at. 4/5
