The game can be finished in 5 hours at most. It’s clear that the developers did a lot of research to show us what an autopsy might really look like. This game is a strong 18+, so if you're sensitive to blood, intestines, guts, and similar things — be prepared.

That said, during the “Dead Memories” story mode, it doesn’t really feel like a simulator. The game guides you through everything, almost like you're in a virtual movie rather than making decisions on your own.

I thought the protagonist’s voice acting was well done, but the character himself was a bit annoying — constantly needing pills, yawning, and similar interruptions.

I did run into a few bugs, but nothing game-breaking.

There’s also an Autopsy Mode where you can fully take control and do the “dirty work” yourself, which feels more hands-on.

All in all, I recommend this game — but only if it’s on sale.

A short but interesting psychological horror game with perfect atmosphere that depends on human feelings. The ending was so powerful that worth to play. Great roundoff of the first game.

I completely recommend this game. It is pity DDLC is for free.
