Honestly, dont know what the other peoples "Rigs" are, but on my pc there've been so far 0 performance issues.
My current setup is the following:

Rog Strix B550-F Gaming (Wi-Fi)
Ryzen 9 5900X
RTX 3090Ti
32Gb RAM @ 3200Mhz
Currently installed on my "Slow" SSD

Look, i got Marvels' Spider Man, the first game with my graphics card purchase.. Had already played it on the PS4, at release but played anyway on PC here on Steam, pretty much flawless, game bugs, but no performance issues.
So didn't think the 2nd game would demand much more power, and what i've seen so far not at all.

I'm playing in Windowed, 1920x1080, pretty much, Native resolution, no VSync, the Reflex thing is on. Well.
So from my experience, people might just need a better pc. Or learn what the pc "Magic" actually does and how it functions, imo, the
