It's the best Fallout Game ever made. If you want a more detailed explanation, watch hbomberguy's review.

Also don't forget to read the VivaLasVegas guide on making this game run like a wet dream on modern PCs.

Cheers

This is plain amazing. Buy it, play it for an hour, if you don't like it you return it.
But you will keep it.
I know it and after reading all the positive reviews, you will too.

See you in Space, Cowboy

You already know this game is good, go buy it already and show that Steam users are the real mvps and not the Epic games store.

Great game, but WarGaming is trying to squeeze every single cent out of your wallet. Besides that aspect, really fun to play with friends, really toxic if you play alone.

Maybe one of my favorite shooters, weren't it for the fact I am really bad at the game.
I advise you to check the player numbers via Steam before buying, since matchmaking breaks down under a certain threshold. Otherwise: Amazing game!

Fantastic game with great depth, rewarding gameplay and really tense moments! Although I really came to love this game over time, I have a few gripes with it:

- The learning curve is rather steep, new players might consider starting off with a friend to show them, how to defend and attack sites
- The operators, specifically the dlc ones, are damn expensive. I get why you wanna pay for skins, but sometimes one of the operators is crucial for specific sites and when a team mate doesn't have access to everybody, it can be a bit hard to compensate for that.
- The bugs are strong with this season (Y4S2), which will be fixed eventually, but at the moment it is sometimes really frustrating to be unable to play as clash or have a gadget you rely on be disabled.

All in all though, I have to commend Ubisoft for really fixing the game up from its early stages and constantly working on it to improve it.

So, to get it out of the way; yes, I only played 3 hours, yes, this game is very short !BUT! it's also so worth its money.
Granted, I bought it at 5,99€, which is still not that cheap for a game that's only 4 hours long and, here's the catch, meant to only be played ONCE!

So why is this game great? Usually I'm a bit sceptical when it comes to RPG/Game Maker type games, mainly, because there's a lot of reading too much written dialouge and basically just strolling around until the story is over, much like a visual novel. Not my cup of tea.
But with OneShot, you'll not only get an interesting and enticing story, but also very well crafted characters, and such a strange and unfamiliar world, that it will make you want to explore everything on your own terms and soak as much of it in as you can.

The artwork is not only super cute, but also so well drawn, that I couldn't help to hit the screenshot button every other moment.

Let's talk about the gameplay; The game plays like your typical RPG Maker style game, with a top down perspective, a run button and an interaction button, so nothing special there.
Let's rather talk about the aspect, which impressed me the most, besides the story; The puzzles. Now, the puzzles itself aren't really challenging, but let me tell you, they got REALLY creative with some of those.
To put it mildly; you'll have to not only interact withing the game world, but rather WITH THE GAME ITSELF!
I don't wanna spoil it, but it just made me really excited and kinda feel like a real detective/puzzle solver. Maybe I'm the only one who got that feeling out of it, but oh well, I just got so carried away...

And so yeah, this is my review of OneShot, coming straight from the heart. I don't often write reviews, but I felt this game deserved it, and it touched me in a spot, where only a few games managed to do so before (i.e. Journey or Child of Light).
So yeah, I would definitely buy this game, even more so now, that it's 40% off (all hail Lord Gaben!). I will always remember those few hours I got to spend with this little piece of software, where you really could feel the commitment and love put into every byte of it.

And here's a little spoiler for all the people who are afraid, because it's only meant to be played this once:
It's possible to restart the game, don't worry. It takes a few minutes, but there are tutorials on the interweb, I'm sure you can find them. I for my part will let the experience sink in a bit before I venture out and try it again, but in the end, it's everyone's own decision

Thank you for reading thorugh this whole thing. I really hope I convinced you to try the game, and I really hope you're having a great day!
Have fun!

I was craving this game ever since I first played the prototype back then, and I wasn't dissapointed;

SUPERHOT is a game, where time advances only, when you move, making for an FPS experience, never tried before.
You can essentially say, that this game is sort of a "puzzle FPS", like I'd say Portal is, but has such an interesting mechanic, that it is unique in its own right.

The replay value of this game very much comes from the numerous challenges in this game, since the story is a bit short.
That said though, the gameplay itself will have you coming back for more!

So finally the big question; should you buy this game? The resounding answer would be yes, in my opinion, because of a few reasons:
  • Great gameplay mechanic
  • Numerous challenges and mutators
  • YOU CAN SLICE FRICKIN BULLETS OUT OF THE AIR WITH A KATANA!!!!

And the best part is, that you can give it back, if you come to the conclusion, that this isn't your type of game. Before you play 120 minutes, that is. And oh, I guarantee you, you will.

If the others didn't convince you to buy this game, then I'm not sure, what's wrong with you.

This game isn't only great gameplaywise, has incredible value and you wanna know the best thing? It has SPLITSCREEN. MULTIPLAYER. O. M. G. How long haven't I seen that?

To wrap this already short review up: Buy it. 20$ isn't going to hurt you, and if you don't like it IMMEDIATELY, let alone in under 2 hours, you can give it back, no harm done! But you will like it. You will love it, and you will keep it. I promise.
