i cant even change the settings or join lobbys because the mouse pointer is unable to go all the way to the bottom if the video settings are changed

CS2 Is Garbage Compared To CS.GO. Feels terrible even with good frames, sounds terrible Certain Maps not included. You Can't Play Workshop Maps. Can't Play Custom Servers. Certain Game modes Have Been Removed. Spray Patterns On Guns Have Been Changed, Skins have been changed and worst of all Is that Valve Completely Got Rid Of CS.GO.
