Assault spy is a must play for fans of stylish, fast paced games. Since it was developed by only one person , this game may look unpolished at times , but the combat system feels so great that you wont mind much about the aesthetics at all. The main campaign might feel short since it only runs around 6-7 hours , but some unlockable levels and a different story perspective for another character gives the game some longetivity. The plot itslelf is fairly plain , but it's reinforced by the fact that this game is predominately a comedy. The entire casts as a whole is surprisingly likable, and all cutscenes are fully voiced by a talented cast. Overall, Assault spy is an absolutely amazing entry into the genre that does a lot to differentiate itself from similar games. The fact that it was developed by one man only makes this more impressive. It’s got some issues with the camera, the graphics aren’t great, and a few bugs cropped up every now and again, but it’s definitely a wonderful time for genre enthusiasts. And well it’s.....funny!
