The game runs like crap. Overclocked R9 280 (1100 core clock/1400 memory clock) averaging 45 fps on LOW settings at 1080p. Maxxed out I average about 35. No matter what the settings are I get massive random drops in framerate to 5-10 FPS.

I can almost max out GTA5 and get 60FPS. Thank lord for steam refunds. If they fix it in a couple of days I MIGHT pick it back up.
