greatest survival horror game of all time.

best fps ive ever played. super fun gun play and picking a plasmid for each gunfight is a delight. i think the story was slightly lacking behind the first entry but the gameplay felt so much better. i prefered playing as subject delta than jack in the first game as i just felt more connected to him. and of course it feels alot cooler being a big daddy mowing splicers down compared to playing as jack. the atmosphere here is again top tier just like the 1st entry, and as much as i love infinite. infinte misses rapture... in the main game anyway. all that aside a huge problem i had was the game crashing, leading to lost progress sometimes and having to replay certain segments. and that seems to be a common thing with everyone on the pc port. i highly recommend playing but making sure you manually save in the pause menu around every 5-10 minutes just incase as there is no auto save here.

love going back and playing games i grew up on. this is as fun as i remember it being. i found it really challenging at times and frustrated but the gameplay is addictive and eventually with a little determination you get past the parts you get a little stuck on. really underrated. shame we never got a 3rd game :(

i enjoyed TR 2013 and this one just builds on everything that made that game so fun. the amount of different mechanics in this game is outstanding to me, from traversing the amazing level design to combat. thought the story was better in this than 2013 and kept me engaged. i thought the villain was actually quite good. looking forward to playing a lot more thanks to the amazing amount of collectables to find and secret tombs to discover. the game also has a LOT of DLC and extra content including a whole survival mode (endurance). 10/10 game imo. super fun to play and you can tell the devs but a lot into it.
