I'm a Fallout fanboy. Been playing since the first game. This is my second FO4 playthrough, first on PC. Love the game and hope to finish it one day.

I put on my 90s hip hop and last about 50 in, Yep I suck, but this game is great, anticipating the full release!

I love the ES series, and Skyrim is one of the best! However, I'm having a little issue, I get about 15 minutes of playtime in and it crashes everytime...


Attempted failed solutions on Asus ROG, Win10, i7, 8g Ram, gtx 765M,

Uninstalled old and new Skyrim, Reinstalled only Skyrim SE.

Computer Reboot.

Ran in compatability mode.

Ran with absolutly no other programs running in the background.

Updated to latest Nvidia Driver.

Optimized to lowest settings.

Turned off Xbox DVR feature in Xbox app.

Messed around with sound settings via suggested fix from a YouTube video.


Nothing I've tried so far works, still crashes about every 15 minutes. When I am able to play during those times, I have no problems with framerate or anything else, plays very smooth and looks great no matter if I run on ultra or low settings with an older GPU. If anyone has a fix in the mean time they would like to throw my way, I'd appriciate it! Otherwise, hopefully a fix comes out soon.

Hearing Mr. New Vegas say such smooth quotes like this brings me back to my first playthrough. I love New Vegas now as much as I did back then. This is by far my all time favorite Fallout game!
