Don't get me wrong, this is by far the best MOBA out there.
That being said, it's on the decline. Community is getting worse and worse and developer support is waning.

Just doesn't feel worth the absolute coin-flip of whether you will get teammates who have any intention of actually playing a team based game together or not (yes on ranked).
If someone griefs your game, you are literally prisoner for upwards of 40 minutes.
Can't forfeit, can't leave without getting disciplined far worse than the one ruining the game for everyone.

Finally saw the light and uninstalled after realizing I wasted a full day because 4 out of 5 ranked games were with someone either being absurdly toxic or intentionally griefing the game. Oh, and I won two of them because someone was even more mentally unstable on the other team!

You actually DON'T need to subject yourself to this!
