I had pretty high expectations for this one, and they met every single one of them. I wanted that classic Bethesda RPG touch, and they delivered. Absolutely love this game. Be prepared to sink a solid 40+ hours just on outposts.

THIS is how you release a AAA game. Stunning visuals, incredible story & dialogue, huge world to explore filled with excitement and wonder. No game-breaking bugs or poor optimisation.

Absolutely amazing. I will be lost in this game for a long time.

Purchased with the expectation of pretty crap optimisation, for the hope of a great game making up for it.

BUT oh boy was i surprised. Running perfectly, consistent 110-120fps on my 3080 with RT off, everything else ultra, FSR on Quality.

Graphics are absolutely mind-blowing. Animations and camera movement is incredibly immersive. Seriously intense atmosphere and game-play. Combat is meaty and responsive.

I may have struck luck with my performance, but i can't not recommend this game based on what i have been experiencing. Loving it!!

Early Access Review
Another absolute gem. Lots to do, progression is fun. Bosses are challenging and require some planning, Co-Op is flawless. Definitely recommend

Valheim set the standard for what early access should strive for, and V Rising absolutely nailed it.

Incredible game.

Aside from a few audio duplication issues (two 'sprinting' voice effects overlapping simultaneously), and character model asset's fingers clipping through the gloves, so far my game has been crash free, great performance optimisation, and absolutely chock full of things to do and explore.

Dying light 2 definitely lives up to it's predecessor's heights, and actually feels a lot more frightening and intense at night time and in dark zones.

Highly recommend. A++

Absolutely loving it so far. Huge survival fan here, and this has certainly cured an itch I've had for the genre for quite some time. The dynamic weather events are intense as hell, and add a sense of urgency and mindfulness of where you place your base, your surroundings, and how you progress. This is something i have wanted in OWSC(Open-World survival craft) games for a long time. Performance in DX12 was pretty meh (RTX 3080), but on DX11, i have everything on epic, and performance is buttery smooth. (THIS MAY HELP SOME PEOPLE).

A simple request to the developers - Please spread out the level reqs. for the crafting tiers. I feel like having a cap of lvl 99, but highest tier of crafting at level 30, much of the levelling past 30 will be unfulfilling. That is, unless you plan on releasing higher tiers further down the road-map. I fell as though having tier 3 at 40 and then tier 4 at 50-60 would prolong that sense of accomplishment and give us something to work towards longer term, as 1-30 can be grinded out pretty quickly. (please don't change that, though. It's a good thing with such a massive crafting/talent tree).

Very excited to continue progressing and for future DLCs and fixes!
