If you're a zombies fan, this game is fantastic. If you're anyone else it would be best to go somewhere else.
The best CoD zombies in the series, with Treyarch supported modding tools providing near endless player made maps to play. That alone makes this game worth the steep price tag, despite the lack of content in regards to campaign and multiplayer content.
All the BO3 exclusive maps are excellent and are worth the money. All of the maps are fun and have fair difficulty with cool Easter eggs that are difficult but intensely rewarding to complete.
Zombies chronicles is also well worth the money. Bringing back old zombies content from past ganes and giving a BO3 facelift. Making them very different to play from their original games, yet still carrying much of the same aspects we loved to begin with.

The multiplayer is largely dead. If you want to play a multiplayer shooter similar to BO3 it would be best to find a different game entirely.

I would be able to write a review if it didn't crash every 5 minutes.
Also check out my Bioshock Remastered review for my full thoughts on this remaster, because it covers issues present in both games such as graphical upgrades.

It's still the exact same garbage PC port the original Bioshock was.
Many of the same bugs the original version of Bioshock had. Mouse sensitivity changes upon dying/other schenarios, the game will chug along and stutter at random parts for seemingly no reason at all, alt-tabbing causes the game to go into windowed mode until you either exit and open the game again or you toggle on windowed mode and toggle it back on in the settings, theres no way to remove mouse acceleration. They successfully made a 2007 game look like a 2012 game.
This is literally just the same half-assed PC port with a new coat of paint. And the new coat of paint is not even that good looking. Bioshock looked fine, the game was made 9 years ago, and it still holds up graphically for a game that old. So far I have not noticed anything that really jumps out at me as being improved graphically other than the models and some lighting changes. You can give me comparison screenshots all you want, and honestly, you won't notice any of the graphical upgrades while you're actually playing the games as most are just slightly better lighting, and some slightly better textures and modeling.
Now you may be thinking "Well alright, I will buy the original version, and save some money." Well too bad! You can no longer buy the original games on their own, you HAVE to buy the remasters in order to get the original games bundled with them. At first I was happy they gave the games away to anyone that already owned the games on Steam, until I found out about this slimey move on their part. They are making you pay more by taking away the option to buy the cheaper games.
That being said Bioshock itself is an average at best game that was overhyped at the time, and is still overhyped (especially Infinite) by people whos experience with RPGs consist of puddle deep games like Skyrim. The combat was clunky, the game was never scary in the slightest (and I say this as someone who gets scared by the toaster in the morning), the game had some horrible level design especially near the end of the game in places like Point Prometheus and The Proving Grounds, some parts like Arcadia and once again Point Prometheus were almost painful to crawl through with how boring they were. And The game was too easy and didn't take any thought to get through. I have beaten the game on survivor without vita chambers and the only moments that were any sort of a challenge to me were the early Big Daddy fights, only because you don't have many weapon options to kill them with. Later fights are easy because you get more weapons and Plasmids. If you want any tips on how to beat the game on survivor with no vita chambers, all you have to do is use Gene Tonics to upgrade the wrench so you can kill every normal enemy in a few hits, get the weapon upgrades that are with the exception of a few are in plain sight and easy to find so you can kill the Big Daddies and bosses easier. And there you go, you can get through the whole game running at enemies and hitting them over the head with the wrench without any thought or strategy.
If you want to play Bioshock and you're nearly 10 years late for the party find a means of getting the original version at a cheaper (or free) price. If you own a last gen console, you're in luck! Every EB Games (Gamestop's Canadian Branch) I have been to has had both Bioshock 1 and 2 in the $5 bargain bin because they have more copies than they know what to do with.
UPDATE: I am currently unable to even play the game as whenever I try to load one of my save files it crashes.
UPDATE 2: As of 06/10/2016 an update has been put out that is said to address these issues. However my game still crashes whenever I try to load a saved game, it crashes.

Gameplay is good, if not broken most of the time. Most of my complains have been fixed regarding this game except for how broken it is, and the skins. Sadly there is still steam marketplace ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but the game is still fun, and not nearly as bad as it used to be.
